I have listed below how to sign into their website: On the left hand bottom of the screen you will see a place to type in a user name and password Your User name is your Social Security number with no dashes, for example 222222222 Your password is your year of birth, month of birth, date of birth, and your zip code, example: 1977101937771 It may look like you are running out of typing room on the password line, but keep typing it all in If you were born in a single digit month or day put in a 0 in front of your month or day, example May would be 05 This will log you in and you should see your name along with all your dependents. You will be able to view your work history from this page. If you have a special fund account you will also be able to check that. |
